At Nurture IT, we take pride in sharing our customer success stories that exemplify the attributes we hold dear. From ‘Accountability’ to ‘Consistency’ and beyond, each letter of the alphabet represents a unique attribute that resonates with a real-life customer experience.
In the competitive world of IT operations, nothing brings us more pride than the satisfaction of our clients. At Nurture IT, we believe in “Dil-Jeet,” or winning hearts, a principle embodied by our mascot and reflected in our commitment to alleviating our clients’ pain points.
As part of our 20th-anniversary celebrations, we are sharing 26 case studies that highlight our attributes from A to Z. This week, we focus on the attribute “A” – Alleviating Pain Points. Our goal is to make challenges less painful, turning obstacles into opportunities for our clients.
Ottimate, a US-headquartered company specializing in AP automation AI, has transformed the way CFOs and their teams operate by eliminating 90% of manual accounting processes, allowing for more strategic decision-making. Being a 100% work-from-home company, Ottimate faced unique IT challenges that needed a reliable partner.
When Apoorva Rashmi, a representative from Ottimate, discovered our well-oiled system designed specifically for WFH companies, she was thrilled. Since onboarding last month, we’ve successfully completed one forward shipment for an onboarder and three reverse shipments for offboarders, along with warehousing their free laptops. We’re also in discussions to implement their cybersecurity policies and provide IT support for both their India operations and US headquarters.
As the saying goes, “Only the wearer knows where the shoe bites.” We understand the specific pain points that WFH companies face, and we’re here to alleviate them. At Nurture IT, “Dil-Jeet” isn’t just a motto; it’s what we do best.
A special thank you to Shyam Sundar Nagarajan for the reference and to Apoorva Rashmi for trusting us with Ottimate’s IT operations. We look forward to deepening this engagement and continuing to shoulder your IT challenges, making your work-life easier.
If the logistics of WFH have caused you to stress, this story will surely bring back a smile to your face. It’s a tale of setting a new bar for accountability.
When Sandeepa reached out to us with her unique problem statement, we were faced with a challenge we had never encountered before. Good Worker, a Singapore-based tech company expanding its operations in India, was in need of more than just another IT supplier. As they operated entirely remotely, they required a vendor who could not only supply IT assets but also handle the entire logistics process:
- Safely warehousing their free IT assets.
- Shipping devices nationwide to virtually onboarded users according to their joining dates.
- Retrieving assets from offboarded users across India and returning them to our warehouse.
- Performing thorough checks on assets for physical and functional correctness, reformatting, repackaging, and warehousing them until reallocation.
Admittedly, we didn’t get it right the first time. We encountered challenges such as non-serviceable locations for courier agencies, users discarding laptop boxes, uncooperative users, and damaged assets upon receipt.
However, over the past year and a half, we have refined our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to the extent that we can now offer these services to clients like Better India, Enuit, Relanto, Swym, Engenrisc, Ematarang, who rely on us to manage their IT departments. Nurture IT stands out with unique attributes that make us an exceptional face in the crowd.
This story covers the “A” in our attributes: Accountability, which we have elevated to a level unmatched by the competition. If you are a WFH or hybrid entity, give us a shout. Rest assured, we’ll make your life easier.
A special thanks to Sandeepa Samuel, Gayathri Das, Victor Koh, and Eugene Soo for placing their trust in us.
In the world of IT infrastructure, every project brings its own set of challenges. But few have tested our skills and perseverance as much as the IT and telecom infrastructure project we undertook for CloudSEK, an Artificial Intelligence-powered Digital Risk Management enterprise.
At first glance, the project seemed straightforward—setting up a firewall, access points (APs), and a Tata leased line. The heatmap analysis recommended Wi-Fi 6 access points, but due to long lead times, CloudSEK opted for Wi-Fi 5. We completed the entire project, including the leased line, in a record 10 days—despite the usual lead time of four weeks. The team’s gratitude was palpable, and we even received thank-you gifts from CloudSEK.
However, our celebration was short-lived. Shortly after, users began complaining of poor experiences, even on simple Zoom calls. We exhausted every solution in our arsenal, but nothing seemed to work. With time ticking away and client pressure mounting, we recommended upgrading to Wi-Fi 6 and increasing the internet bandwidth. CloudSEK, understandably cautious, agreed to a four-week trial period for the new setup before making any payment.
The new Wi-Fi 6 setup initially worked well, but soon, the problems resurfaced. Frustration grew, and CloudSEK brought in an external network consultant, who recommended overhauling the entire network. The consultant claimed that the choice of OEM was wrong and that even the firewall and network switches were under-specced. We disputed this claim, as the firewall’s resource utilization was only at 55%.
Determined to resolve the issue, we reopened the OEM ticket and escalated the matter to the highest level. During a thorough investigation by a senior OEM engineer, fluctuations in the network were detected. It turned out that CloudSEK’s testing team, as part of their work with cloud infrastructure products, was simulating Denial of Service (DoS) attacks by flooding the network with random data. This testing, while legitimate, was choking the network and disrupting normal users.
To address this, we immediately implemented policies to virtually segregate the testing team from the rest of the users. From that point on, the network issues ceased, and CloudSEK’s operations returned to normal.
As part of our 20th-anniversary communications, this week’s case study highlights our attribute: “The Buck Stops at Us.” We could have walked away after implementing the Wi-Fi 5 setup, especially since we had already been paid. But it wasn’t just our credibility at stake. We couldn’t let down the HR team at CloudSEK, who had trusted us through many previous engagements. Most importantly, leaving our clients high and dry is not in our DNA.
We don’t claim to be perfect or to know it all. But we do have access to OEM hierarchies that we can leverage when the situation demands it. If you’re a startup scaling in India and looking for a dependable IT system integrator, reach out to us. We may not always get it right on the first try, but we’ll make sure we set it right.
As our mascot Dil-Jeet would say, “Hum Hain Na!” (We’re here for you!)
A heartfelt thanks to the CloudSEK team—Rahul Sasi, Varun KM, Mukesh Chandrashekar, and Dinesh Raja—for their patience and support throughout this challenging project.
Being an army commando or part of a team sport like football, having your back covered is critical for seamlessly surging forward.
Tecnicas Reunidas, a conglomerate headquartered in Spain, is known for executing large refinery infrastructure projects globally. When Akshay Subbarao was hired to administer their IT setup in Bangalore, his prior experience with us led him to onboard us for this venture as well.
As Tecnicas acquired Valdel and rapidly expanded their operations in India, our engagement deepened. We not only supported their Bangalore IT requirements but also extended our services to their Mumbai and Rajasthan refinery projects. It fills us with immense pride to have played a small part in Akshay’s meteoric growth.
Within a span of two years, Akshay went from being a Sys Admin for Bangalore to heading IT for Tecnicas India and becoming involved in global IT projects. This success story highlights “B” of our attributes – “having your Back“. In the cluttered IT hardware space, we offer the A to Z of IT/Telecom infrastructure.
Whether you are an ambitious member of an early-stage company (we accord the same respect to single laptop RFQs) or a scaling desi or foreign entity in India (as demonstrated here by our competence and financial capability), give us a shout.
Rest assured, we will always have your back while you realize your career dreams. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Akshay Subbarao for placing his trust in us.
In today’s interconnected world, smooth operations rely on multiple stakeholders working together seamlessly, even within the same department. This is especially true for fast-growing companies like Motiveminds Consulting Pvt Ltd, a leading SAP and Salesforce consultancy with a global footprint and an enviable list of enterprise clients.
When the CXO team, led by Jibin Joseph and Rajesh Kumar, reached out to us, they were facing significant challenges in their IT operations. As part of their rapid expansion, they had rented laptops for their 300 WFH (work from home) users to manage cash flow effectively. While this approach helped financially, it introduced a host of new issues:
- Durability and Performance Concerns: Rental laptops, typically older models, often lacked the reliability and performance needed for demanding work.
- Service Delays: With users spread across India, frequent laptop failures meant constant courier trips, leading to delays.
- Non-Productive Days: These delays resulted in non-billable days, putting strain on project timelines.
We approached these challenges with a comprehensive solution:
- Converted Rentals to Leases: We recommended converting the rented laptops into a lease. This not only resolved their cash flow concerns but also surprised them with a lower payout than their previous rental costs. At the end of the lease, they would own the laptops—unlike with rentals.
- Supplied New Laptops: To address the performance and durability issues, we supplied brand-new laptops, ensuring reliability from the start.
- Pan India Service Network: With our extensive service network, we minimized downtime, ensuring quick resolutions across the country.
- Yearly IT Budget Management: We ensured that the lease sanction covered their entire year’s IT budget, providing financial stability.
If our leasing solution delighted them, our post-sale services truly impressed them:
- Warehousing and Logistics: Given their WFH setup, Motiveminds had no space to store and ship laptops. We stepped in, offering warehousing services specifically for WFH clients. We handled everything from setting up and packing the laptops to shipping all 300 units across India.
- Comprehensive IT Management: Since then, we’ve been managing their entire warehousing, forward, and reverse logistics operations.
But the story doesn’t end there.
When one of the laptop batteries failed, Lenovo initially rejected the warranty claim, as it had lapsed by just 15 days—a logical stance. However, knowing the right channels to approach, we secured a special deviation approval for a free battery replacement, ensuring Motiveminds faced no additional costs.
This case study highlights our attribute of “Connecting the Dots.” At Nurture IT, we understand that the journey of IT operations doesn’t end with procuring devices—it actually begins there. From leasing and logistics to post-sale support, we ensure every aspect of IT management is seamless and efficient.
So, if you’re a scaling startup looking to focus on building your business rather than managing IT headaches, give us a shout. We are in it (IT) with you for the long haul.
A big thank you to Rajeshkumar Krishnasamy, Jibin Joseph, Bobby Reddy, and Rohith N Venkateswaran Krishnamoorthy for their trust and collaboration. We will continue to add value to your operations. Special thanks to Jaideep Gaandhie for the referral, and to Juhee Prashant, Alpana Mukherjee, and Prathu Raj Singh for making this possible. Lastly, a heartfelt thanks to Mithun Naik and Karthikeyan for their unwavering support—your partnership helps us secure more deals for Lenovo.
Anyone can be a flash in the pan, but it’s said that it’s easier to reach the No.1 position than to consistently stay there.
When the Co-Founders of Integration Wizards, a company specializing in AI-based visual analytics, walked into our store in Indiranagar for the first time, little did we know that our engagement would be as strong as fevicol ka jod (the strong bond of Fevicol adhesive).
It has been nearly a decade since we started working together, and in the words of Raman, “Nurture IT has never given us a reason to look out for other vendors.” Integration Wizards recently made headlines with its acquisition by US-based SparkCognition, and they humorously remarked, “Two things will change post-acquisition – the billing name and order volumes.”
Whether it’s a product or a service provider, when things are going smoothly, you tend not to rock the apple cart. We, at Nurture IT, offer the A to Z of IT/Telecom infrastructure in a highly commoditized and cluttered IT hardware space. This success story showcases our attribute of “Consistency.”
Just like Integration Wizards, we encourage all our customers to keep us on our toes. It ensures that we don’t become complacent (after all, we are humans too!) and pushes us to continuously raise the bar. If you are in search of a consistent IT vendor, give us a shout. You might be surprised by what you have been missing out on.
We extend our sincere thanks to Kumar Raman, Saquib Khan, and Kunal Kislay for consistently placing their trust in us. Rest assured, we will more than reciprocate it.
When it comes to IT operations, the limitations of your vendor shouldn’t become a burden for your business. This was a key lesson we learned when we were introduced to Mahesh Menon, Managing Director of MBO Partners India, through a mutual connection.
MBO Partners is a direct sourcing platform that enables independent professionals and microbusiness owners to do business safely and effectively with enterprise organizations. Initially, Mahesh was content with his existing IT vendor and was hesitant to consider alternatives. However, he graciously agreed to a brief five-minute discussion with us.
During our conversation, Mahesh was taken aback when we revealed that, beyond being a standard IT hardware vendor, we also offer a highly efficient IT Operations (IT Ops) system. The idea that an IT vendor could manage such comprehensive services was beyond his expectations.
Before partnering with us, Mahesh was personally handling several non-core and time-consuming tasks:
- Logistics Coordination: He personally packed and coordinated with logistics companies for pickups.
- Employee Offboarding: For exiting employees, he conducted physical and functional checks on their devices.
- Asset Storage: Free assets were stored at his residence, taking up valuable space and time.
As the Managing Director of a rapidly scaling company, Mahesh realized that these mundane tasks were consuming time that could be better spent growing the business. He was relieved to hand over these functions to us, allowing him to focus on strategic growth.
At Nurture IT, we pride ourselves on being the only IT vendor in India offering IT warehousing and WFH (Work From Home) logistics services. Here’s how we added value to MBO Partners:
- Comprehensive Warehousing: We securely store all free assets in our warehouse. When there’s an onboarding or offboarding, all Mahesh needs to do is provide us with the necessary coordinates and dates. Our three-member team handles everything from shipping preconfigured devices (as per SOP) to retrieving devices and sharing a quality control (QC) report.
- Insurance and Compliance: All assets, whether warehoused or in transit, are fully insured and moved with the necessary statutory documents (such as e-Sugam). These finer details are often overlooked until you face issues, but we ensure they’re managed from the start.
While there are pure-play logistics companies offering warehousing and logistics services, they typically lack IT domain expertise, particularly in preconfiguring devices or conducting functional QC checks upon return. This is where we stand out, and it’s precisely why we’re on the verge of onboarding a large client who recognized this additional competency.
Moreover, while e-commerce platforms can handle new sales across India, they don’t offer warehousing or reverse logistics services. Our comprehensive solution bridges this gap, providing end-to-end IT Ops support.
During our collaboration with MBO Partners, we identified another challenge: clients struggled to keep tabs on free assets, particularly those that needed to be recovered from offboarded employees. Recognizing the lack of an IT-Ops-focused asset management tool, we took the initiative to develop our own proprietary SaaS product to address this need.
This week’s attribute highlights our ability to “Discover the Unknown.” Whether you’re facing IT, telecom, network, infosec, or IT Ops challenges, we’re here to help. And in the rare event that we don’t have an immediate solution, we’ll create one—and turn it into a business case.
At Nurture IT, we believe that the limitations of your vendor’s solutioning capability should never become a burden for you.
A special thanks to Mahesh Menon for giving us the opportunity to be part of MBO Partners’ growth journey. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and supporting their success.
When it comes to choosing a vendor or service provider, it’s like betting on a horse in a race. The question of which horse to bet on becomes even more critical when you’re not just new to town, but new to the country as well. This was the exact situation Estelle faced when she was entrusted with setting up Meero‘s operations in India, a startup based in France.
Fortunately, luck was on our side as we were introduced through a common contact. From their initial rental laptop requirement to building their entire IT and telecom infrastructure block by block, we have been alongside them throughout their journey in India for the past four years. When the time came for them to move from a co-working space to a managed office, we provided assistance by connecting them with transporters and insurance advisors.
During the design of their new office network, we faced a true David vs. Goliath scenario when pitted against Airtel, a company easily 1000 times our size. However, with Cisco leaving the choice of execution partner to Meero, we take immense pride in the fact that Sumit and Estelle CHOOSE US over the competition. They knew they could depend on us to deliver.
Offering a comprehensive range of IT and telecom infrastructure solutions in a highly competitive market, this success story highlights the attribute of “Dependability” that sets us apart. Whether you are a foreign subsidiary setting up or scaling up in India, or a desi early-stage or scaling-up startup, look no further. You can confidently bank on us for your IT requirements.
Sumit’s own entrepreneurial ventures further validate the trust he has placed in us. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Estelle Lichnowski, Sumit Jasoria, and Jyoti Bhavsar for relying on us. Rest assured, we will always put our best foot forward to ensure your success.
On March 23rd, 2020, a nationwide announcement brought our lives to a standstill and turned everything upside down. During this period, the demand for OTT subscriptions skyrocketed, placing immense pressure on these platforms and their technology providers.
Logituit (Emtarang Tech Labs), a Bangalore-based startup catering to global OTT platforms, found themselves in a tight spot when their laptop adapter failed just as they had a product delivery. In his desperation, Sandeep Chandak, their IT vendor, reached out to us for help.
Despite the strict lockdown measures, we understood his predicament and were determined not to let him down. We managed to source and deliver the adapter to him, ensuring their operations continued smoothly.
As the workload increased and virtual onboarding became the norm, we went the extra mile by sourcing and delivering laptops to all their new joiners across India. Our dedicated back-office team, Arun and Venkat, played a vital role, going above and beyond by working tirelessly to fulfill their needs, even making trips to places like Mysore for collection and delivery.
In a highly competitive IT hardware market, where we offer comprehensive IT and telecom infrastructure solutions, this success story highlights the attribute of “Empathy” that sets us apart. Whether you are an early-stage or scaling startup, or a foreign subsidiary in India, Nurture IT ensures that your IT and telecom infrastructure will never hinder your business plans.
While we don’t claim to possess a magic wand, rising to the occasion and putting our best foot forward is something you can always count on. Sandeep, it has been our pleasure to cater to your requirements, and we look forward to continuing to support your entertainment endeavors while managing your infrastructure effectively.
As the Janmashtami celebrations come to a close, we draw inspiration from the epic Mahabharata to share this week’s testimonial.
When the inevitable battle, the Yudh, was about to begin to settle the dispute, Lord Krishna had to make a crucial decision – to choose which side to support, the Pandavas or the Kauravas. The Kauravas were given the right to choose between Krishna’s mighty army and Krishna himself. As destiny would have it, the Kauravas chose Krishna’s army, and thus, Krishna fought the Mahabharata from the side of the Pandavas, and the outcome is well-known.
Enuit LLC, a tech giant delivering cutting-edge Enterprise Risk Management Solutions to prominent energy and commodity trading companies worldwide, is rapidly expanding its presence in India. During our introductory call with their Global COO, Ganesh Natarajan, and India Director, Kumaresan Manickam, the question naturally arose, “What sets you apart from our current vendor – the largest eCommerce platform offering the same product?”
We responded with the clichéd answer of superior service and handholding, and they took the bait, leading to our engagement in supplying laptops. However, one of the users faced multiple failures and repairs with his laptop, hampering his productivity. Despite their efforts to demand a replacement from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), they were unsuccessful due to OEM policies. That’s when they turned to us for assistance.
Although the laptop had been supplied by their previous vendor, the largest eCommerce company, we understood their genuine grievance. Recognizing the right doors to knock on, we advocated for their case and managed to convince the OEM to approve a replacement, much to Enuit’s delight.
In a highly competitive and cluttered IT hardware space, we offer end-to-end IT and telecom infrastructure solutions, this success story exemplifies our attribute of “Fighting by your side.” We go beyond just supplying products and services; we stand shoulder to shoulder with our clients, ready to fight their battles.
Whether you are an early-stage or scaling startup or a foreign subsidiary in India, it’s important to consider who you want by your side – a headless army or a Krishna-like ally. If you choose the latter, we are here for you with a few aces up our sleeve. Reach out to us, and together, we’ll ensure your success.
A heartfelt thanks to Ganesh Natarajan, Ph.D., Kumaresan Manickam, Karthikeyan A, Farooq Khan, and Ashok Nair for placing their trust in us. We now not only supply but also manage the warehousing and logistics for the forward and reverse shipments of their IT assets. Your unwavering support empowers us to face any challenge that comes our way.
“Daag” or “stains” have always been associated with a negative connotation, until the famous Surf Excel advertisement taught us that “Daag Acche Hai” (“Stains are good”) if they serve a positive purpose.
Vikas Suresh, having held senior positions in large enterprises, embarked on a new venture as the founder of Unithos Business Advisors Pvt Ltd., providing M&A advisory services to clients. As a non-techie, he found the task of setting up the IT infrastructure from scratch quite daunting, unaware of the various service providers involved.
Fortunately, we were introduced to Vikas through a common client, and he breathed a sigh of relief when he realized the scope of our work. From domain registration to email services, laptops, anti-virus and MS Office licenses, printers, and more, we assisted in setting up his entire IT infrastructure. As the organization grew, we helped implement data security policies and provided a NAS for backup.
Whether you have just started your venture or are scaling up, especially if you have transitioned from a large corporate environment where IT products and services were readily available, there’s no need to worry. We are the ultimate “Vigna hartha” (destroyer of obstacles) for your IT and telecom operations.
We cover the A to Z of IT/Telecom infrastructure for early-stage or scaling startups and foreign subsidiaries setting up in India. While “Greed” may have a negative connotation, we believe that when it comes to alleviating the burdens of IT management, it becomes a positive force. “Greed accha hai” (“Greed is good”) when it lightens the founder’s burden and enables them to concentrate on their core business goals..
A heartfelt thanks to Vikas Suresh for placing his trust in us and for the referrals he has provided so far. We also extend special thanks to Sundararaman K, who not only introduced us to such a wonderful customer but has also been a supportive guide during our formative stages.
Whether it’s a newborn baby or an organization, hand-holding is essential during the formative days.
Caring with Colours (CWC) is an NGO conceived by Manasi Kirloskar to “Tech Enable” government school teachers and enhance education in rural India. When they sought a reliable IT vendor, they turned to Kirloskar Systems, whom we have the privilege to serve.
Rajeev and Gandhali, experts in the Edutech space, recognized the importance of guidance in selecting the right IT products. Understanding their unique needs as an NGO, we recommended transitioning from consumer laptops to more durable and robust business laptops. This decision accounted for the wear and tear these devices would endure in rural work environments with high teacher mobility.
As CWC scaled, we continued to build their IT infrastructure, providing cost-effective solutions such as a Linux server with a firewall, automated backups, VPN for remote users, and the right software licenses. Our partnership evolved beyond being a mere “product supplier.” We became the extended IT department of CWC, supplying and managing their entire IT help desk and backend operations.
CWC’s valuable insights have played a pivotal role in the development of our Asset Management software designed for SMBs, considering the unique challenges of the hybrid work structure.
With this story, we highlighted the “H” of our attributes: “HandHolding“. We firmly believe in taking a holistic approach when advising clients, guiding them through the entire journey of scaling up and considering the total cost of ownership.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Rajeev Annaluru and Gandhali Sewak for allowing us to be a part of their remarkable initiative. We also express our appreciation to Sundararaman K for connecting us to CWC, enabling this fruitful collaboration.
It’s an incredible feeling to receive a referral, but when your own vendor becomes your customer, that’s a whole new level of confidence.
Gopal Swaminathan, a seasoned professional in the IT hardware space with a background at HCL, Intel, and Lenovo, chose Nurture IT as his trusted IT partner for his venture, Bsharp. According to Gopal, he values our integrity and respect for intellectual property (video testimonial attached). This achievement is not a one-time occurrence.
When Vidya Jayaraman, wife of Ashok Nair (currently Service Delivery Director of Lenovo), was expanding her Edutech startup, Math Adventure, we were the chosen partner for their entire IT requirements. Chiranjeevi, who had experience with Dell, Toshiba, and Apple before starting Innowire Technologies—an IoT startup—also relied on us for his IT infrastructure needs.
Having been on the other side of the table, these individuals know firsthand how we work with and advocate for our OEMs, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients while upholding our core values.
If they are willing to invest their own money in us, as an early-stage or scaling startup or a foreign subsidiary setting up operations in India, shouldn’t you consider doing the same? Reach out to us, and we will cover every aspect of your IT and telecom infrastructure from A to Z.
This story highlighted the “I” of our attributes in the form of “Integrity“. We take immense pride in the confidence that Gopal Swaminathan, Chiranjeevi TK, and Ashok Nair have placed in us. Give us a shout. We can cover the A to Z of your IT/ Telco infra.
In the realm of problem-solving, Indians have always showcased a remarkable attribute: Jugaad. This unique ability to find innovative solutions even with limited resources is deeply ingrained in our culture. And it is this attribute that we, at Nurture IT, embody and bring to the table for our clients.
One of our valued clients, Swym, is a part of the Techstars family, known for their expertise in creating delightful user experiences in the eCommerce space. With offices in Seattle, WA, and Bangalore, they were rapidly expanding their operations in India when they approached us for their IT needs.
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, when remote work became the new normal, Swym standardized on Mac Book Airs and Pros for all their users. As their trusted IT partner, we were entrusted with the responsibility of supplying and managing their IT infrastructure, including forward logistics and occasional reverse logistics. This partnership was established right around the time when companies were transitioning to remote work arrangements.
With the shift to remote work, unconventional workspaces became the norm. Beds, sofas, and dining tables transformed into makeshift workstations. However, this new work environment presented a challenge – an increase in liquid spillage and accidental drops, leading to physical damage to laptops. Unfortunately, such damages were not covered under standard warranty policies.
Swym, unlike many other companies, recognized the impact of these incidents on their employees and made a conscious decision not to pass on the repair costs to them. However, the cost of repairing Macs was considerably high, prompting them to scrap damaged devices as e-waste. We couldn’t bear to see our client’s money go to waste, so we proposed an innovative solution: Jugaad.
Drawing on our expertise and resourcefulness, we suggested cannibalizing spare parts from one device to another. For example, a functional screen from a liquid spillage laptop could be transplanted into a device with a cracked screen. By implementing this approach, we were able to revive several laptops and bring about significant cost savings for Swym.
This success story exemplifies our commitment to going the extra mile for our clients. At Nurture IT, we believe in providing holistic solutions and offering value beyond mere product supply. We understand the importance of Jugaad in the Indian context and excel in harnessing this attribute to deliver results. While we focus on cutting costs, we never compromise on quality, compliance, or intellectual property rights.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Swym for their trust in our capabilities, and we look forward to continuing our successful partnership.
At Nurture IT, we understand that clients often have two perspectives when it comes to their vendors: they either consider them to be “kick-ass” or want to kick them out. We take pride in being the former for our esteemed clients.
One such client is “The Better India,” the world’s largest positive and solutions-based content-driven impact platform. As they embarked on their scaling journey, Sricharan C reached out to us to revamp their IT infrastructure, recognizing our expertise in the field.
We took charge of designing, supplying, implementing, and supporting their entire network infrastructure at their new office, in addition to managing other IT assets. As The Better India stabilized, they decided to handle their IT operations in-house. However, with the advent of the pandemic and the shift to remote work, they realized the need for external assistance. It was during this time that Sumi Borah approached us to aid them in transitioning to a fully remote setup.
Since this was our first interaction with Sumi, she wanted to test the waters before fully committing to our services. We began by providing laptop supplies and managing logistics, ensuring that devices reached all remote users efficiently. Recognizing the growing requirements, we expanded our support to include warehousing, where we stored their free IT assets in our secure facility. Additionally, we facilitated reverse logistics, handling the pickup of IT assets for off-boarded users.
Over the course of three months, our partnership flourished, instilling confidence in Sumi to entrust us with their entire IT operations. We became The Better India’s virtual IT department, catering to their supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and IT helpdesk needs. Sumi expresses her satisfaction, stating, “It’s been an amazing experience interacting with the Nurture IT team.” She appreciates the ease of communication and responsiveness, emphasizing that a simple request is all it takes to get things done.
While this seamless experience might come as a revelation to Sumi, managing end-to-end IT operations, including the lifecycle of clients’ IT assets, is an intrinsic part of Nurture IT’s well-established workflow.
We take pride in being a “Kick-Ass” IT department, irrespective of the size of your team. Our proven track record extends to organizations of varying sizes, from startups with a team as small as one person to larger enterprises. If you are an early-stage or scaling startup in India, we are here to alleviate your IT and telecom hurdles. From A to Z, we have the expertise and resources to ensure a smooth and efficient IT infrastructure.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sricharan C for introducing us to such a remarkable customer and subsequently connecting us with WazirX. A special thanks goes to Sumi Borah for reconnecting with us and placing her trust in our services.
In the bustling neighborhood of Indiranagar, as Laptop World (Our Retail Outlet) was setting up its store, another notable company, Fossil, the renowned watch brand, was also establishing its corporate office and first retail store in India. It was during this time that we crossed paths with Vasant Nangia, a member of Fossil’s leadership team.
Our initial conversation led to a fruitful business relationship, and we continued to be part of Fossil’s growth journey for several years. However, a global realignment in their IT procurement necessitated a direct engagement between Fossil’s India operations and an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Around three years ago, Fossil was in the process of establishing its Global Services center in Bangalore. It was then that Krishna Murthy, who had risen to the position of General Manager at Fossil, approached us. He fondly reminisced about the invaluable support provided by Laptop World during their early days in India, and he was delighted to discover that many of the team members who had previously serviced Fossil were still with us.
As Krishna Murthy aptly puts it, “Familiarity breeds comfort.” The trust and reliability forged during their formative years drew him back to Laptop World when an opportunity to re-engage arose.
Today’s success story highlights our attribute of “Longevity,” not only in terms of our existence as a company but also regarding our dedicated team members. Many of our team members have been with us for over a decade, embodying the values and expertise that continue to drive our success.
Whether you are a foreign subsidiary establishing a presence in India or an early-stage or scaling startup, if you are seeking a reliable IT partner to handle your technology and telecommunications needs, look no further. At Laptop World, we can take care of the entire spectrum of your IT and Telco setup, providing comprehensive support from inception to execution.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Vasant Nangia and Krishna Murthy for their continued partnership and trust. It is an honor to include Fossil’s prestigious logo among our esteemed clientele.
If you are ready to embark on your IT journey with a partner who values longevity and fosters enduring relationships, we are here to support you every step of the way
Across different languages and cultures, there are adages and quotes that emphasize the significance of timely help and support. In English, we say, “A friend in need is a friend indeed.” In Kannada, it translates to, “What’s the use of a pickle if it’s not available while eating.” And in Tamil, from the Thirukkural, it is expressed as, “Even if a help extended is very small, its magnitude exponentially increases in terms of timeliness.”
A couple of years ago, Prashanth walked into our store, visibly troubled by a predicament. It was evident that he had an important presentation to make, but his laptop adaptor had stopped working. Having just visited an exclusive brand store nearby, he was informed that it would take three days to obtain a new adaptor. Prashanth’s hope was dwindling, and he approached us out of despair.
While we didn’t possess a magic wand to conjure an adaptor instantly, our empathetic colleague understood the gravity of Prashanth’s situation. They suggested that he could use our service adaptor as a temporary solution until he acquired a new one. With this simple act of providing timely support, Prashanth’s problem was solved, and he left our store with a profound sense of relief.
Little did we know at that moment that Prashanth had just arrived in India to establish the tech backend operations for a Latvia-based Bank. Recognizing the value of our timely assistance, Prashanth quickly regarded Nurture IT as his go-to destination for setting up the entire IT infrastructure in India. Unfortunately, due to certain RBI guidelines, Prashanth’s organization had to wind up its operations in India within two years.
However, this story focuses on our attribute “M” – being your “Man Friday.” While we may not solve all your business problems, if you are an early-stage or scaling startup in India, we can certainly mitigate the A to Z of IT and telecom hurdles.
At Nurture IT we believe that no problem is too small, and no engagement is too insignificant. Whether it’s supplying a simple adaptor or executing an entire turnkey project, we treat each requirement with the same level of importance and respect.
So, don’t hesitate to engage with us. No matter the size of your business or the complexity of your IT needs, we are here to provide unwavering support. Once you experience our timeliness and dedication, there will be no looking back.
When it comes to customer satisfaction, the highest form of validation is receiving a thumbs up from a domain expert.
ResultsCX, a vibrant 30-year-old company with a global presence across 30 locations and a workforce of 20,000, specializes in designing, building, and delivering digitally influenced customer journeys. They serve as the premier Customer Experience partner for Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
Enter Ganesh S. Iyer, their esteemed CXO, who was tasked with setting up their operations in India. However, he encountered a dilemma. He needed to equip his new team members with laptops, but the completion of GST registration and other statutory documentations posed a challenge.
Fortunately, a client connected Ganesh to us, recognizing our expertise in handling similar situations. Without hesitation, we swiftly executed the transactions and invoiced the assets upon the completion of legal registrations. Over the past couple of years, we have also successfully managed the forward and reverse logistics for their virtual onboarders and offboarders across India.
Today’s success story, showcases our attribute “N” for “Nurturing.” We take immense pride when clients place their trust in us and refer our services to others. ResultsCX’s introduction to us came through Yogesh Mashalkar, the CTO of Varthana, whom we have been serving for years. Similarly, Hardika Shah, the CEO of Kinara Capital, referred Varthana to us during their formative years. The trail of referrals goes on, reflecting the nurturing relationships we have built.
At Nurture IT, we have nurtured numerous startups and foreign subsidiaries in India, even before their legal incorporation. If you fall into this category, there’s no need to search any further. Focus on building your business while leaving the rest to us.
A heartfelt thanks to Ganesh S. Iyer, Beena Pradhan, and the entire ResultsCX team for allowing us to meet the needs of a company that sets the standards for Fortune 100 companies. It has been an exceptional experience, and we are committed to upholding our dedication to customer satisfaction.
The journey of an organization, much like the growth of a child, involves different stages that require continuous nurturing. From infancy to stability, the needs evolve and expand, just as a newborn’s needs transform from infancy to adolescence and ultimately adulthood.
A little over a decade ago, Harshavardhan Pusala, the visionary founder of Techurate, a promising early-stage bank-tech startup, walked into our store seeking a reliable IT vendor to take charge of his entire IT department. At that time, Techurate was in its infancy, facing numerous challenges and dependencies.
Fast forward to the present, Techurate has achieved remarkable milestones and expanded its reach by partnering with international banks as esteemed clients. While their international bank clients rely on Techurate’s cutting-edge software for their critical IT operations, Techurate, in turn, consistently relies on Nurture IT.
Throughout their awe-inspiring growth journey, we have shouldered the responsibility of Techurate’s entire IT department. From providing invaluable remote support during the challenging times of the pandemic to offering on-site assistance at their new state-of-the-art office, we have been their unwavering support system.
Amidst a crowded landscape of IT hardware providers, this Story shines a light on our attribute of “Ownership.” We go beyond mere IT asset supplies, extending our expertise to encompass comprehensive help desk services and even pioneering WFH logistics management, making us the sole IT vendor to offer such comprehensive solutions.
If you are an early-stage or scaling startup, we are ready to take ownership of your IT setup and operations, allowing you to concentrate on building your business with peace of mind.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to , and Ramya M for entrusting us with their glorious growth story. It has been an absolute privilege to be part of your remarkable journey, and we wish you continued success as you conquer new continents and reach new heights.
HyperVerge, a global leader operating across 195+ countries, specializes in AI-based identity verification (KYC) and business verification (KYB) solutions. Their innovative services empower enterprises in various sectors such as BFSI, Insurance, and Banking to onboard new clients while effectively identifying and preventing fraudsters.
During our initial interaction, we had the pleasure of connecting with Sarvesh, responsible for procurement and operations at HyperVerge. He was genuinely impressed by the unique “solutions and services” we offered, which added exceptional value to typically commoditized IT assets like laptops.
As Hyman Rickover wisely stated, “Good ideas are not adopted automatically. They must be driven into practice with courageous impatience. Once implemented, they can be easily overturned or subverted through lack of follow-up, so a continuous effort is required.”
After several months of diligent follow-ups and nurturing the relationship, we successfully onboarded HyperVerge. Sarvesh candidly expressed his desire to expedite the process, emphasizing the need for urgency. Ultimately, our homegrown Asset Management app and its launch video acted as catalysts, motivating HyperVerge to finalize the partnership in December.
They say victory is sweeter when earned through hard work and dedication. During the closure call, the excitement in Sarvesh’s voice was palpable, as if he were a child in a candy store. He enthusiastically declared, “We will not only purchase IT assets from you but also avail all your other services, including warehousing, logistics, IT help desk, and the newly launched asset management app.”
This particular story showcases our commitment to the four Ps:
- Persistence: We persevere in our endeavors, consistently striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.
- Passionate: We are deeply passionate about our solutions, driven by our dedication to creating positive outcomes for our clients.
- Proactive: Our approach is proactive, always anticipating and addressing the unique needs of our partners.
- Partnership-oriented: We foster strong partnerships with our clients, ensuring a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship.
At Nurture IT, we never overstep the line between following up and hounding, understanding the importance of maintaining a respectful balance. We are committed to never invading your privacy, but rather, we excel at personalizing our communication to create a partnership that fosters trust and confidence.
If you are an early-stage or scaling startup like HyperVerge, we are here to take ownership of your IT setup and operations, enabling you to focus on building your business with peace of mind.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Rajkumar S for referring us to such a remarkable client, and a special thanks to Sarvesh Ram and Chirag B Kulkarni for their patience and collaboration throughout the process. Your success is our greatest reward.
Henry Ford once said, “What you do when no one is looking is what defines you.” This sentiment perfectly captures the spirit of CADOpt, a distinguished company specializing in high-end designing, consulting, and training for complex mechanical design solutions.
Founded by the experienced duo of Senthil Kumar Sivaraj and Karthik Kandasamy, who collectively possess 30 years of expertise working with PTC (developers of Creo – Pro-Engineer), CADOpt was destined for remarkable growth and success.
As their rapid expansion necessitated a reliable IT partner, our paths crossed, and a fruitful association began. Over the span of a decade, we have not only catered to their IT requirements in Bangalore but also diligently addressed the smallest needs of their branch offices in Coimbatore, Chennai, and Pune.
Karthik expressed his concern, stating, “We have been dissatisfied with the performance of materials purchased from local vendors. Hence, please ensure even the smallest RAM/SSD upgrades are taken care of, and we will ship the systems back to our branches.”
Distinguishing between genuine and counterfeit electronic components is a challenge, even for the most discerning eye. With this story, we proudly highlight our attribute “Q” for “Quality”. Although we do not manufacture the electronics we supply, our secret lies in sourcing only Grade A materials from OEM authorized distributors, regardless of our clients’ technical acumen.
This approach ensures that in the rare event of a manufacturing fault or compatibility issue, we can rely on the OEM for support, providing our clients with peace of mind.
The trust CADOpt places in us extends beyond their own purchases. We have had the privilege of collaborating with some of their top-notch clients, as they confidently recommended our services.
If you are an early-stage or scaling startup, we invite you to focus on building your core business while entrusting us with the management of your IT and telecom operations.
To Senthil Kumar Sivaraj and Karthik Kandasamy, it has been an absolute delight to be part of your extraordinary journey of growth. As you conquer the design world, rest assured that we have your back covered, ensuring your continued success.
The advice “Pick someone your size” holds true not only in matrimonial matchmaking or pairing opponents in sports but also in the realm of client-vendor relationships. It emphasizes the importance of having compatibility and a mutual understanding between the two sides.
Around a decade ago, three senior executives from a large multinational company joined forces to establish their own startup. Coming from a non-IT background and being accustomed to having all IT services readily available in their previous organization, they found themselves overwhelmed when it came to navigating the various aspects of their IT setup and making informed choices.
It was through a common connection that we were introduced to them. Drawing on our extensive experience of working with both tech and non-tech founders and assisting them in building their IT infrastructure from the ground up, we truly comprehend the unique requirements that arise at different stages of growth (watch the attached video testimonial of Suresh Ramu).
Our partnership with CyteCare Cancer Hospital serves as a testament to our commitment. We have been by their side from the early days when they had a three-member founder team, all the way to their current status as a team of over 2000 professionals, including their sister concern, which was acquired by Premier Research Group.
With this story, we shine a spotlight on the attribute of “Relevance.” We understand that early-stage or scaling startups, as well as foreign subsidiaries setting up in India, require an IT vendor who truly comprehends their unique needs. Rest assured, no one understands your requirements better than us.
If you are seeking an IT partner who not only meets your needs but also grasps the intricacies of your business, we invite you to reach out to us for a no-obligation, one-hour advisory session. We are here to lend our expertise and help you make informed decisions that align with your goals.
Legend has it that Hanuman, the revered deity, was once cursed by the sages (rishis) due to his mischievous nature during his childhood. The curse dictated that he would remain unaware of his extraordinary powers unless someone pointed them out and reminded him of his true potential.
In a similar vein, there are times when we ourselves are oblivious to the immense capabilities that reside within us. It is often during challenging times that our hidden strengths come to the fore, and it is in these moments that the resilient rise to the occasion.
Brigosha Technologies, a mid-sized tech company specializing in mobility and connectivity solutions, found themselves facing a critical situation. They were in the midst of implementing a crucial project in Guwahati that required Google Chrome cast for seamless last-mile delivery. However, they discovered that these devices were not readily available from their usual vendors, and online options did not align with their project timeline.
Realizing that this seemingly small obstacle had the potential to jeopardize their entire project delivery, Dheeraj Goel reached out to us through a mutual connection. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, we sprang into action.
Within a mere 24 hours of placing their order, the Google Chrome casts were en route to Guwahati, enabling Brigosha Technologies to meet their project deadline successfully. (Please refer to the attached video testimonial for Dheeraj Goel’s firsthand account.)
In another instance, the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted supply chains across industries, particularly in the realm of semiconductors and electronics. Clients and vendors alike faced immense challenges in sourcing laptops and desktops, irrespective of the configuration.
Little did we know that our extensive network and relationships developed over two decades would prove to be a powerful asset in these trying times. Leveraging our connections with various original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and distributors, we were able to navigate the scarcity by employing any means necessary—be it persuasion, negotiation, or emotional appeals—to fulfill our clients’ needs.
If you are an early-stage or scaling startup seeking to concentrate on growing your business, we invite you to reach out to us. Our expertise lies in sourcing any brand, in any volume, and at any value, making us your reliable partner.
This success story highlights our attribute of “Sourcing.” Whether it exists “anywhere” in the market, you can rely on us to locate and procure it for you.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dheeraj Goel for providing us with the opportunity to address their critical requirements.
Controversies seem to have a magnetic pull towards Elon Musk, or perhaps it is his own inclination that draws them in. If only Twitter had engaged with us, we would have been spared such experiences.
The concept of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, meaning “The world is one family,” has become even more relevant in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. The post-pandemic era has seen the acceptance of things that were once thought to be impossible.
Initially, our client engagement was limited to Bangalore. However, due to Covid, many of our clients transitioned to remote work, with some even relinquishing their physical office spaces. This presented us with a new challenge: the safekeeping and logistics of IT assets for employees who were now onboarded and off-boarded virtually.
When one of our clients approached us for assistance, we admitted that we had never handled such a task before. However, innovation is at the core of our approach. We built and refined standard operating procedures (SOPs) as we encountered various hurdles during execution, covering locations across India.
We can confidently say that this has become our biggest differentiating factor (MOAT), as no other IT vendor offers warehousing and reverse logistics specifically for IT assets. Three years of managing our clients’ IT operations has provided us with extensive knowledge, leading us to develop Asset Tilo, the first asset management tool designed to address the unique challenges of remote work.
To our surprise, Asset Tilo is the only tool that encompasses all the data points required for ISO 27001 compliance. We now offer this B2B SaaS solution independently of our hardware sales. This Story highlights our attribute of being “Universal” in terms of market addressed and problem-solving in the IT/Telco space.
If you are facing the aforementioned challenges or any other issues in the IT/Telco industry, feel free to reach out to us. At Nurture IT, what defines us best is Steve Maraboli’s quote: “I will not play it safe! I want to experience the length, depth, and breadth of life. I’m not just here for the victories… I’m here for the scars too.”
We extend our thanks to Sumi Borah, Ganesh S. Iyer, Guru Kalmat, T P Vincent, Abhishek Kishore Gupta, Dinesh Raja, Sastry Josyula, Kumuda Rao, Abhijeet Singh, Abhinav Dimri, Sandeep Kumar, Neil Mendonca, Tanmay Parulekar, Rishikesh Bhise, Gaurav Taparia, and many others who have given us the opportunity to address your IT pain points.
We are also grateful to Anjan Baruah for sharing an article that sheds light on the logistical challenges faced even by large enterprises.
Who can forget the famous Maruti TV commercial with the customer’s retort, “Kitna deti hai” (How much mileage does it give)?
As consumers, especially in India, we always seek “Paisa Vasool” (value for money) in every transaction.
MOJ Associates is a mid-sized CA (Chartered Accountant) firm founded by partners who mainly come from the Big4 accounting firms. Their mission is to provide world-class expertise and services at affordable rates to startups and corporates.
Our engagement with MOJ Associates began with revamping their network and security infrastructure, including implementing a firewall, server, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and backup solutions. It later expanded to providing IT help desk services.
During our collaboration, we discovered that they had been using a large number of rental laptops for over a year. Rental laptops, typically older models with outdated software and having changed hands multiple times, often raise concerns about reliability.
Considering the drawbacks of rental laptops, we suggested exploring a leasing option. MOJ Associates recognized the following benefits:
- The outflow for leasing was only slightly higher than their monthly rental expenses.
- At the end of the three-year lease period, the laptops would become the ownership of MOJ Associates at no additional cost. In contrast, with rentals, the assets never become yours regardless of the duration of usage.
- They received brand new laptops with the latest configurations and operating systems, significantly enhancing productivity, boosting user morale, and improving their brand image in the eyes of clients.
Leveraging MOJ Associates’ strong financial track record, we were able to negotiate competitive terms and interest rates with multiple leasing companies, ensuring they secured the lowest lease costs. It was gratifying to provide financial benefits to a reputable CA firm that was dedicated to serving its clients but had a blind spot when it came to their own IT infrastructure.
This story highlights our attribute “V” in terms of providing ““Value for Money” solutions.
If you are an early-stage or scaling startup or a foreign subsidiary setting up in India, feel free to reach out to us. We might be able to uncover blind spots or offer products and services to alleviate your pain points. While we don’t claim to be the cheapest, we offer the best value propositions. We help you reduce the total cost of ownership without compromising on quality.
We extend our gratitude to Avneep Mehta for giving us the opportunity to serve them and to Sujyothi Prasad for connecting us with such a remarkable client. We also thank Mithun Naik, Swathi Seetharaman, Vipin Pillai, Abhilasha Choubey, and others who contributed to making this collaboration a success.
Wherever you go, we will follow. We take pride in being able to accompany our clients wherever their journey takes them, even as they change companies.
We were introduced to Sumit Jasoria when he joined as the India Managing Director of a French startup, Meero Technologies. It was a privilege for us to set up Meero’s complete IT, telecom, network, and security infrastructure from scratch.
True to our vision of enabling our customers to stay focused on their business by ensuring uninterrupted IT and telecom operations, Sumit successfully scaled Meero’s business not only in India but also in other SAARC countries, with India serving as their technology backbone.
It was no surprise when Sumit reached out to us again when he started his own venture, NewMe. NewMe aims to revolutionize the GenZ fashion industry through data analytics. They have recently made headlines for growing from a core team of 4 to over 40 members in less than a year.
We are honored to have been the trusted IT vendor during this remarkable scale-up. Sumit has also gone the extra mile by connecting us to startups he has invested in as an angel investor. It’s likely a vested interest for him as well, as he ensures optimal utilization of his investments.
This story focuses on our attribute “W” in terms of understanding “Why” people choose to buy from us. Quoting Sumit, “I am rest assured of the right product at the optimal price point. They are just a phone call away, whether it’s for advice on what to buy, prompt supply, or a service request. They have become a natural choice for me and my contacts.”
We have been fortunate to follow in the footsteps of individuals like Arunprakash – PMP®, Girish M P, Pushkar Prasad, Nishant Balan, Suhail Basha, Vikas Suresh, and many others who regularly refer us. If you are a founder, HR professional, or operations manager at a scaling startup, feel free to reach out to us. We can be like the mythical Bethal of Vikramaditya stories—highly unlikely to give you a reason to get us off your back. 😊
Whether it’s a romantic engagement or a client-to-vendor request, hearing the golden word “YES… I Agree” brings joy to all of us.
Polygon Labs is a globally renowned company known for its Ethereum scaling solutions and blockchain for Web3. Ankita Kumari connected with us through LinkedIn to discuss potential engagement for the IT requirements of their remote workforce spread across India.
She presented us with the following pre-conditions:
- The urgent need for MacBooks and Windows laptops for different user roles, considering the post-COVID shortage. Fortunately, our deep-rooted engagement with major brands for the past 20 years made this challenge manageable.
- Since Polygon didn’t have an office in India, we had to warehouse their materials. This was within our expertise as we excel at providing warehousing solutions.
- We had to manage their IT operations for logistics, including forward and reverse shipments for users across India. We have gained experience in this area through our work with multiple clients over the past two years.
- An additional requirement was that billing had to be done through their UAE office, even though the deliveries were to be made pan India. Their foreign entity would make the payment in USD. This was a new request for us.
While we were not deterred by the new ask, we were concerned about the implications of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FERA). To address this, we sought the expertise of RGN Price, a well-known CA firm and our client. Sriraam Alevoor M quoted the relevant GST section and confirmed that we could proceed with the order.
Ankita was thrilled to receive a “YES” to all her prerequisites.
The only aspect we couldn’t fulfill was their global shipment request. Everything was going well until the unfortunate crypto meltdown, which affected Polygon and their operations. However, we remain connected and hopeful that they will bounce back soon.
This story emphasizes our attribute “Y” in terms of saying “YES” to any size of requirement, whether it’s a simple pendrive or a multi-crore IT/Telco infrastructure implementation. We have the experience and capability to handle any complex request or execution process.
If you are a founder, HR professional, or operations manager at a startup or foreign subsidiary scaling in India, feel free to reach out to us. Please note that we emphatically say “NO” to any unstatutory requests, copyright violations, or refurbished device requirements.
Ankita Kumari and Pragya Sinha, thank you for giving us the opportunity, and we look forward to re-engaging with you at the appropriate moment. Sriraam Alevoor M, we greatly appreciate your legal opinion, which enabled us to onboard a new client and explore new business opportunities.
The concept of “Zero Defect” can be seen as a combination of myth, reality, and aspiration. While achieving absolute perfection and zero defects in every aspect of business operations may be challenging, it is an aspiration that organizations strive for. The goal is to minimize errors, improve quality, and deliver products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
In the case of RGN Price, a CA firm with a long-standing history, they reached out to us during their office relocation to review their infrastructure, suggest a network design, and implement the changes within a tight timeframe. Despite the last-minute and urgent request, we promptly swung into action, completing the necessary tasks such as cabling, network upgrades, server configuration, and establishing connectivity within 36 hours. As a result, when their employees started working in the new premises, it was as if nothing had changed.
Quoting Aditya Kumar, Partner at RGN Price, “Good Morning Mr. Deepak. Excellent job by your team. We were able to move-in today smooth as butter. Yesterday Mr. Muttu had visited to look at some point etc. We are all done…staff is quite excited about it. My brother is also a techie…used to work for Dell, now acquired by NTT…he too was quite impressed….“
However, it’s important to recognize that no organization is immune to human and external factors that can occasionally derail plans. Despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances can arise. Nevertheless, we remain committed to striving for zero defects and putting our best foot forward in every engagement.
This story highlights our sincere endeavors to achieve the attribute “Z” for “Zero defect”. Whether you are an early-stage or scaling startup, or a foreign subsidiary setting up in India, you can trust that we will do everything possible to deliver with the highest level of quality and leave no stone unturned in our pursuit of achieving this aspirational attribute.
We would like to express our gratitude to Aditya Kumar and Sriraam Alevoor M for their consistent confidence in our services.
